2561 - BRUSH TRUCK Brush 2561 responds to all brush and rubbish fires in ditrict #25. This truck has 4 preconnected booster lines, and a rear hand line. The truck has a front bumper mounted spray bar which allows this unit to drive right in to the middle of the fire. Brush 2561 responds to moter vehicle accidents as a support unit to Rescue 2541. This specialized unit carries a large amount of cribbing, Haz/Mat spill materials, and is equipped with a 10 ton winch. Since Brush 2561 is a light and small vehicle, it can access rough terrain areas very easily. Being equipped with 4 wheel drive, a 400 gallon water tank, and "pump-on-the-run" capabilities, Brush 2561 is one of the most versitile units in our area.
